6. Handling of Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Items: If an item is lost or damaged, the company will be responsible and will replace the product. If the customer prefers a full refund, it will be processed within 10 business days, though some charges may be deducted.

Incorrect Addresses: If the product is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be held responsible. If the mistake is from our logistics partner, we will be held responsible and provide a solution within 5-10 business days.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed, we will contact the customer. If there is no response, we will attempt another delivery. If the customer is altogether unavailable to receive the product, it will be returned to our premises. If there is no response from the customer within 10 business days, the order will be canceled.
